Shipping & Returns

Jewelry, Personalized, Sale & Seasonal Items are NOT returnable. 

 

Shipping charges:

Orders shipped to the continental U.S. will ship for $10.00 flat to one address.

 

(Please note some exceptions:   A few large/heavier items have their own individual shipping charge that overrides the $10 flat charge)

 

Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will ship for $16.00

For Free Curbside pickup please allow 2 business hours   (on arrival call and we'll bring out)

 

 Shipping


Currently we ship only to USA physical addresses. (Please do not provide PO Box in your delivery address.)

Once orders have been placed we will begin processing immediately. Most items, not being personalized, will ship within 24-48 hours.

Personalized items will require extra time and ship as soon as possible based on the specific item.

Orders shipped to multiple addresses will result in additional shipping charges.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Jewelry, Personalized, Sale & Seasonal Items are NOT returnable.

We accept returns for 30 days from purchase, in exchange for STORE CREDIT. Returns beyond the 30 days, are only returnable for 50% of the purchase price, for up to 90 days. 
 
Items must be returned in their original packaging and complete hang-tags; and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered or damaged.
 
For online orders, please contact us at service@shopcountryclassics.com or 847-998-4644, within 5 days of receiving your package, and we will be able to help you with your return. 

 

Baby Gifts

Can be returned for STORE CREDIT up to 60 days.

Terms of Use

As is the new normal, we're keeping with hygiene and safety for our customers and associates.

It is our policy to run truthful accurate advertising and ecommerce web operations. In the event of an error, we will make reasonable effort to accommodate our customers, but must reserve the right of correction.

Our "terms of use" enables us to cancel orders and refund customers' money because of pricing errors (or for any reason).

We work very hard to not make mistakes and have processes in place to mitigate.
