Shipping charges:

Orders shipped to the continental U.S. will ship for $9.00 flat to one address.

 

Orders shipped to the following local area ZIP Codes will be delivered for FREE: when over $25 purchase

       60025, 60026, 60093, 60029, 60062, 60091, 60043, 60022, 60201, 60045, 60030, 60031, 60048

Glenview, Northfield, Winnetka, Golf, Northbrook, Wilmette, Kenilworth, Glencoe, N. Evanston, Lake Forest, Grayslake, Gurnee, and Libertyville

 

(Exception: A few large items have their own individual shipping charge that overrides the $9 flat charge)

Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will ship for $16.00

For Free Curbside pickup please allow 2 business hours   (on arrival call and we'll bring out)

 

 Shipping


Currently we ship only to USA physical addresses. (Please do not provide PO Box in your delivery address.)

Once orders have been placed we will begin processing immediately. Most items, not being personalized, will ship within 24-48 hours.

Personalized items will require extra time and ship as soon as possible based on the specific item.

Orders shipped to multiple addresses will result in additional shipping charges.

 

Returns & Exchanges

You can return all item(s) by mail or in person to:

You will receive a full refund if item(s) are returned in 3 days of purchase with original receipt & form of payment. For online orders, please contact us at service@shopcountryclassics.com or 847-998-4644, within 3 days of receiving your package, and we will be able to help you with your return. 

We accept returns for 30 days from purchase, in exchange for STORE CREDIT. Returns beyond the 30 days, are only returnable for 50% of the purchase price, for up to 60 days. 

Baby Gifts

Can be returned for STORE CREDIT up to 60 days.

Jewelry, Personalized, Sale & Seasonal Items are NOT returnable. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging and complete hang-tags; and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered or damaged.

 

Terms of Use

Please understand, as we re-open our store, customers in the store personally will have priority, but we will do our best to accommodate all, even on the phone.

As we open, and keeping with hygiene and safety concerns for our customers and associates, Country Classics will limit the number of customers in the store at any one time during (general store hours), with social distancing goals.

In addition, we will be having half hour private store hours that customers can reserve and sign-up in advance for. Please call to reserve and schedule a private half hour personalized shopping experience at 847-998-4644. Also, soon our scheduling App will be available at shopcountryclassics.com to reserve and schedule your half hour.

It is our policy to run truthful accurate advertising and ecommerce web operations. In the event of an error, we will make reasonable effort to accommodate our customers, but reserve the right of correction.

Our "terms of use" enables us to cancel orders and refund customers' money because of pricing errors (or for any reason).

We work very hard to not make mistakes and have processes in place to mitigate.
